Welcome to Kedir! By shopping with us or using our website, you agree to the guidelines below. They’re here to keep things clear and fair for both of us.

1. General

By accessing or using our site, you agree to follow these guidelines. We may update them from time to time, and the latest version will always be posted here. If you continue to use the site after changes, that means you accept the updated terms.

2. Products & Availability

We do our best to make sure all product details, prices, and stock levels are accurate. Sometimes, items sell out quickly or details change without notice. If a product you ordered isn’t available, we’ll reach out as soon as possible with refund or alternative options.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance. Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Payment is required in full at checkout, using the payment methods available on the site.

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations as your order may already be in processing.

4. Shipping

We pack and send orders with care. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and external factors like courier delays or public holidays.

Once your order is handed over to the courier, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the courier, but we can’t guarantee compensation.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kedir pieces. If there’s an issue, contact us at thekedire@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and have tags attached.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Sale items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and written content on this site belong to Kedir. They can’t be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We aim to give you a smooth shopping experience, but we can’t be held responsible for indirect losses (like data loss or missed profits) from using our website.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is collected and used only to process your order, provide customer support, and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties
